I also use natural health products to promote my skin and protect it from damage. I was prescribed this gel by my GP to help with pain and inflammation and it worked well for me. It's good for once a week use - if you have a headache, then you can use this gel regularly. On the other hand, a lot of people don't like the pain and inflammation - I've used this gel a few times but it's not a great option for me as I have cellulitis and it has put me out of the study. I have found natural health products to be a bit more versatile - see this for more about that.
I think it works well for me as I have a headache and a bluish/brown/red skin. The pain and inflammation are relieved when using this gel for my pain. I don't have any skin conditions so I don't use this gel as often as I would like but I find it works well as a pain reliever as well. I also have a slightly raised voice and I use it to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. I also use it to prevent some skin cells from getting too much diclofenac and it relieves the pain. I'm a bit apprehensive at the moment and think I may have to try this gel again, but I'm not too worried about it now that I'm out of action. I would really like to try more natural health products but I'm sure there will be more.
